Does a Texas 15 year old have to take Drivers Ed to qualify for a hardship license?
I know that they have to pass a drivers test and a written exam, the same as any other applicant for a drivers license.
I know also that the Texas DMV or DPS lists the requirements for a hardship license on their website. But they do not state in such a way *that I can understand* whether or not the kid will be required to take *drivers education classes*.
