Drivers Education Powerpoints
If you are using a computer system with dual monitors for your slide show, it is possible to run your presentation using presenter view on one monitor. Presenter view gives you a number of tools to present the slide show, as well as a view of all your notes. The second monitor will then display the full screen presentation to your viewers. To use presenter view, your computer system will need to be able to have the windows desktop extended across both of your monitors. This usually means having two graphics adapters if you are using a desktop computer. If you are using a portable computer, you will need to have a multiple-monitor capability.
To make use of presenter view, first you will need to go into the slide show tab. Within this you will need to select the use presenter view check box, and then specify which monitor will be used to display the slide show. Then click the from beginning button to start the show.
Afterwards, preview the slide that is being shown, and you can use your prepared notes to talk about that certain slide. Use the next or previous button to go to switch between the slides. You can also click any slide in the presentation to display that slide. You can also press escape if you need to end the show at any point.
Using the dual monitors function to display your PowerPoint presentation makes your shows flow much better and makes it easier for you to present them. You can use the second screen to prompt you when you need to say something about the slide, whilst displaying the actual show on the other monitor.
